Worth telling us about
- A wrong count. The most useful message we can get. Include the text that produced it and the number you expected — that turns a bug report into a test case. Word counting has genuine edge cases and we would rather know about the ones we have got wrong.
- A missing tool. If you came looking for something and left without it, we would rather know.
- An accessibility problem. Anywhere the site is hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader, or at high zoom.
- Privacy, licensing or press. Covered by the privacy policy and terms, but ask if anything is unclear.
Please do not paste sensitive text into this form to demonstrate a problem. Unlike the tools, the form is transmitted — a short, non-confidential example that reproduces the issue is both safer and more useful.
We read everything and reply to most things, usually within a few days. What we will not do is add you to a mailing list — there isn't one.
